BUILDING QUALITY

The Management of CONSTRUCCIONES FEU establishes a Quality Policy focused on obtaining the satisfaction of our clients’ necessities and expectations and also the efficiency of the company’s performance to strengthen our competitiveness.

In order to achieve the full confidence of our clients, CONSTRUCCIONES FEU contributes its competent human and technical resources to fulfill our client’s requirements, and also the method to guarantee the accomplishment of the acquired commitment.

To that end, CONSTRUCCIONES FEU directs its organization as recommended by the Rules ISO 9001:2000 and ISO 14001:2004 and promotes the use of planning, control and prevention techniques in order to ensure quality:

• in the study and analysis of the project, optimizing each case;
• in the execution of the work, to reach the established qualitative levels, with strict observation to the agreed upon deadlines and costs and also to environmental legislation and Laboral Risk Prevention legislation;
• in the final delivery of the work, with all the agreed upon guarantees.

CONSTRUCCIONES FEU values the permanent implication of its entire staff, considered to be the most valuable asset, at the highest level. The company is constantly promoting the training of the staff, encouraging communication and team work in order to propitiate a proactive participation in the implementation of new processes and for the resolution of problems so that a continuous improvement in quality and productivity is achieved.

CONSTRUCCIONES FEU, at the same time, places high importance on the providers and subcontractors collaboration, from which the company demands the same level of commitment concerning quality and, therefore, they will be chosen utilizing global evaluation criteria in terms of organization, products and service.

The implementation of this policy will be carried out by the establishing of goals and the structuring of the quality system, which describes all the procedures to develop the necessary action plans
